Scottish haggis purveyors Deeney’s made an appearance at Finsbury Avenue square today.
The Hamish Macbeth takes their signature Macbeth sandwich and slaps bacon in it – never a bad move.
Seedy granary-like bread
Strong yellow mustard
Sweet caramelised onions
Crumbly Haggis (some of which crisped up nicely on the griddle through a split in the bread)
And thick, crispy bacon
Like a patty melt on steroids – find them and eat this!
